This is a gentle and calming class that focuses on stretching all areas of the body while releasing stress and tension from the joints and muscles. We use props and breath awareness to help the body relax. No prior yoga experience required. *90 minute option on Saturdays
YOGALATES
Great class for combining both yoga & pilates in one class. This class allows the body to stretch through yoga poses and also strengthen the core. This workout will be done with exercise bands, pilates rings & small medicine balls. Improve core strength & balance by strengthening the muscles around joints, and improve the way your body functions, looks & feels. Focus on breathing, pelvic placement, ribcage placement, scapular movement, head & cervical spine placement. Your balance with poses brings peace to your mind, body & spirit. Everyone welcome!!! MATÂ PILATES
Each class will work to balance all muscle groups; with strength and flexibility and an emphasis on challenging core muscles with each movement. Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and feel an increase in agility.
PiYOÂ LIVE
This is a low-impact, low-high intensity workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. It is up-tempo and designed to build strength and increase flexibility by incorporating dynamic balance, athletic/dance conditioning, and plyometrics in a rhythmic, non-spiritual approach to mind/body fitness.

This is a calm, slower pace class. A variation of Hatha yoga is where we take our time coming into poses and directing our focus solely on the breath and the sensations happening within the body. This is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours.
CYCLE
During the class, you will pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. This class is a fantastic cardiovascular workout, and all levels are welcome. Remember to bring a towel and water bottle!

*Note: hot tub is 101 degrees, recreation pool is 91 degrees, lap pool is 81 degrees and that the lap pool is 25 yards in length.
HYDROTONE
This water workout includes calisthenic movements with variations of upper and lower body exercises. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility. The instructor will use creativity to keep the pace moving and the workout interesting. As the participant, you determine the intensity by using the water as your resistance. All levels welcome.
AQUA MOTION
This aquatics class is for anyone with arthritis or joint pain that doesn’t go away. This class uses gentle movements in the warm pool to help increase joint flexibility, muscle strength, and coordination. An amazing 98% of participants previously enrolled in the Aquatics Program experienced a decrease in their arthritis pain and stiffness. Free for Members.

This high-energy water workout combines kickboxing movements with variations of upper and lower body resistance moves. The workout is designed to build stamina and lean muscle, as well as improve balance, coordination, and flexibility all while burning calories. As the participant, you determine your own intensity by using the water as your resistance. All levels welcome.
DEEPÂ WATER
This aquatic class is created for anyone who needs no impact. Great for all ages and abilities. A definite calorie burner. This is a 30 minute class.
